The buyer commits himself/ herself:
- to maintain and nourish the acquired animal correctly, to give it the right accommodation and not to abuse it or let others do so.
- to let the animal have daily sufficient run and play time and to give it a sufficient large cage (1 square meter/ 3 square feet per animal).
- not to give or sell the animal to a third person without written permission of the shelter operator.
- to let the shelter operator know of the loss of the animal in writing or by telephone within 3 days.
- to only let a veterinary surgeon put the animal to sleep should it become necessary for health reasons.
- if the animal is not used for breeding, the hob should be castrated and the jill should be spayed for health reasons.
- to return the animal to the shelter operator if the buyer cannot keep the obligation he took on any longer or doesn't want to.
- the shelter operator is entitled to go and see the animal to see what conditions it is kept in and to make sure it is kept well.
- if the buyer offends against the requirements and prohibitions of the protection contract, the shelter operator can reclaim the animal.
I agree to the contract with all its contents.
